Local Pitch Competition with IAE University |
In November 2024 our partners at Eurasanté hosted an exciting local pitch competition in collaboration with IAE University.
This competition marked a key milestone for the students who had completed Training Modules 1 & 2 of the Start’Ship programme.
The half-day pitch session was a perfect opportunity for them to apply their newly acquired skills and showcase innovative ideas.
As part of the experience, the students visited the Marché d’Intérêt National de Lomme (MIN)—a hub for food products and foodtech innovations. This visit gave them a unique insight into local companies and the exciting opportunities available in the region for aspiring foodtech entrepreneurs.
Events like these highlight the power of collaboration in nurturing the next generation of innovators.

Partner Meeting
The third, and final partner meeting of 2024, was held in December in the vibrant city of Naples, Italy. Hosted by the Department of Economics, Management, and Institutions (DEMI) at the University of Naples Federico II, the meeting brought together representatives from each of the project’s consortium partners.
Over the course of the two-day meeting, partners reflected on the progress made to date and set the stage for key upcoming milestones, including the much-anticipated pitching competitions in 2025. The agenda was packed with brainstorming sessions, interactive workshops, and hackathons designed to refine project outputs and enhance student engagement.
Discussions also focused on strategies to maximize the project’s impact and ensure smooth project management. These sessions allowed partners to exchange ideas, address challenges, and solidify the roadmap for 2025, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in achieving the project’s ambitious goals.
